The building extends over a width of approx. 90 meters at its widest point and a length of 215 meters at its longest point. The building has a total of three floors: the ground floor, the 1st floor and the 2nd floor.
The gross floor area (GFA) of the entire project is around 40,000 square meters.
The entire construction is made of concrete and is a combination of in-situ concrete (strip foundations and floor slab), semi-prefabricated parts such as TT slabs, filigree slabs, beams, and cavity walls as well as fully prefabricated parts in the form of columns.

Large quantities of different materials and components are used to fulfil the structural requirements of the building and ensure high stability and load-bearing capacity.

High safety requirements apply to this project and the construction work is carried out according to a tight schedule. This requires a high level of coordination between the various trades, with LEAN management playing a central role.
