The Moritz-Lang-Haus secures long-term inpatient care for the elderly in Wiesbaden and offers modern, needs-based care for senior citizens in need of care.

The building is being constructed on a sloping plot with a height difference of up to ten meters and will provide barrier-free access for residents, visitors and emergency vehicles thanks to a ground-level entrance on Friedrich-Engels-Weg.

The new building consists of two interlocking wings with single rooms (approx. 14 m²) and barrier-free bathrooms. Each floor accommodates two residential groups, each with 26 care places, communal areas, kitchens and balconies. Administration and technical areas are located on the lower floors, with access via Karl-Arnold-Strasse.
