- Plots with existing planning permission or without planning permission
- Plot areas from 500 m² to 30,000 m²
- Apartment buildings and residential complexes with 5 to 500 residential units
- Properties from 500 m² to 20,000 m²

- Area data
- current tenant list
- Deal structure information
- current building plans and/or site plans
- Planning rights, current development plan
- Extract from the register of building encumbrances
