The residential and commercial building is part of the redesign and project development of the station in the Frankfurt-Höchst district. The building is located on the west side between the central bus station and the railroad tracks.

It is characterized by solid construction with reinforced concrete and passive house standard and comprises four commercial units with 20 parking spaces on the first floor, as well as 48 apartments on the up to five upper floors. The total usable area of the apartments is 3,615.16 m² and is designed for a total of 144 people.
