The new “Lahnwarte” residential quarter is being built at Lahnstrasse 43-53 in the Gallus district of Frankfurt with a total of 149 condominiums. The modern buildings offer a diverse mix of 2- to 5-room apartments with living spaces ranging from approx. 49 to 162 m².

The project is characterized by an energy-efficient construction method and a sustainable overall concept. Photovoltaic systems, district heating and QNG-Plus certification ensure a future-oriented standard and responsible use of energy and resources.

The design of the open spaces is particularly noteworthy: A spacious inner courtyard, landscaped outdoor areas and quiet retreats create a pleasant living environment in the middle of the city.
