A pioneering data center is being built in Hanau that sets new standards in terms of technical precision, stability and performance. The modern facility comprises two data center buildings with extensive technical equipment, supplemented by an office and entrance building as well as a connecting structure.

The data center extends over three floors and is complemented by an elaborate roof structure that accommodates essential parts of the technical infrastructure.

Our company is responsible for the entire shell construction of this challenging project – from the construction of the foundations and floor slabs, elevator shafts and loading pits to insulation and sealing work as well as technically complex installations, for example in the area of supply infrastructure. Extensive civil engineering work, including the laying of wastewater, rainwater and data lines, round off our range of services.

Particular attention is paid to the exceptionally high quality standards, which go beyond the usual norms. Floor slabs were designed in accordance with the British standard FM3 (UK Concrete Society TR34) – a quality level that significantly exceeds the DIN 18202 standard used in Germany. The building also meets the highest standards of durability and precision when it comes to reinforcement, sealing and the integration of technical systems.

With this project, we are actively contributing to the expansion of the digital infrastructure in Germany – through construction quality that lasts.
