BV Niederdorfelden

Two modern apartment buildings with a shared underground parking garage are being built in Niederdorfelden. A total of 54 new apartments with high-quality fittings are being built – a project that combines contemporary living with well thought-out planning.

The basement is being constructed using solid in-situ concrete and forms the stable foundation for the building project. The floors above – the first floor, first and second floors and a staggered floor – are being built using industrially prefabricated construction elements. These include prefabricated ceiling, wall and balcony elements, which enable a particularly efficient and precise construction method.

This modern combination of traditional solid construction and high-quality prefabrication ensures a shorter construction time and a smooth construction process – while maintaining high quality standards. This means that the project can be completed reliably and on time.
