The residential project in Steinbacher Hohl comprises three apartment buildings with a total of 153 apartments and a children’s daycare center on an area of around 9,300 square meters in the immediate vicinity of Krankenhaus Nordwest. Of the 153 apartments, 49 are designed as subsidized housing, while the remaining 104 are rented at a reduced price. The buildings comply with the Efficiency House Standard 55 EE and are characterized by sustainable and energy-efficient construction.

In order to give each of the three buildings its own character, different façade designs were developed and a suitable design concept was selected for each building. The public day nursery with six groups has its own outdoor area. To solve the parking situation, 79 underground parking spaces and 30 parking spaces in a public elevated garage are available.
