The construction project covers around 30,000 square meters and comprises 249 residential units in 13 multi-storey apartment buildings in solid construction. Building A of construction site A houses a day care centre on the ground floor. Two single-storey underground car parks offer a total of 335 parking spaces.

The energy concept meets the requirements of EnEV 2014 (2016) and the KfW Efficiency House 55 standard. The floor slab of the basement areas is made of waterproof concrete (WU concrete), while the roadway and parking spaces in the underground garage are paved. Walls in contact with the ground and the underground garage ceiling are also made of waterproof concrete. The basement of the residential buildings is constructed with waterproof concrete in accordance with the waterproof guidelines of the German Committee for Reinforced Concrete, with the outer basement walls and floor slab partially insulated.

Elevator walls, floor slabs and any load-bearing walls are made of reinforced concrete, and the large-format masonry blocks are made of KS facing bricks. Balconies are designed as prefabricated reinforced concrete elements with concrete parapets and attached steel railings.
