This complex new build comprises a total of 137 residential units and 3 residential groups. The building also offers parking spaces for cars and bicycles in an underground car park located beneath the building and the inner courtyard. The underground car park offers space for 73 cars, including 2 car-sharing parking spaces and wheelchair-accessible parking spaces, as well as double parking spaces for bicycles. The size of the underground car park is 1805 m².

The plot has a size of 4982 m². The upper edge of the top floor of the finished floor is approx. +14.25 meters.

The storey ceilings and lift shafts of the building are made of monolithic reinforced concrete. In the stairwells, acoustically separated reinforced concrete staircases are used. The columns and beams in the underground car park and on the floors are also made of reinforced concrete.

The floor slab of the underground car park and the basement floors of the residential buildings are designed as load-bearing reinforced concrete slabs and, together with the outer walls of the basement, form a waterproof concrete structure (white tank) in accordance with the DAfStb-WU guideline. The underground car park ceiling is made of reinforced concrete, while the rising storeys are predominantly constructed from large-format KS facing bricks in combination with reinforced concrete walls. The balconies are designed as prefabricated reinforced concrete elements.
